Yuana is experting in designing the competency learning & development program by customizing & tailoring the program according to client's objectives to close the staff competency gap.

Prior to Kalpata, he worked for large size companies like Panin Life, Eka Life, AIA & Bank UOB Indonesia. Yuana is appointed as the Managing Director for ASCORT Asia Consulting Group in January 2016 and also a business managing partner of Othello Senryaku Indonesia.
